About Our Team

There are over 5,000 dentists in Georgia but only 187 have obtained the training and Oral Sedation license in our state. Dr. Williams, Dr. Smith, and Dr. Golik are among those 187 and they wish for everyone to know that dentistry does have a comfortable answer to what seems like difficult situations.

Dr. Bill Williams

Dr. Bill Williams has served his patients with compassion and understanding since 1975. We believe your experience does make a difference. He is a Master of the Academy of General Dentistry and a Master of the International College of Craniomandibular Orthopedics as well as the team dentist for the Gwinnett Gladiators. Check on some before and after photos of Atlanta Extreme Makeover Team patients. Dr. Williams is the dental director for Kenya Medical Outreach, Inc. with annual mission trips to Kenya since 2001. Dr. Jeremy Smith

Dr. Jeremy Smith joined us in 2005 after 6 years in private practice in Vero Beach, FL. Graduating from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, he is a graduate of the renowned Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education and one of the CEREC experts in the practice. Dr. Smith is accomplished in cosmetic dentistry, endodontics and restorative dentistry as well as being a forward on a local Club Soccer Team here in Atlanta.

Dr. Blazej Golik

Dr. Blazej Golik is from St. Louis, Missouri originally and practiced in Columbia, South Carolina where he completed a comprehensive surgical general practice residency. He joined Dr. Williams at Suwanee Dental Care in 2010. His extensive dental implant and IV Sedation training at the University of Missouri and Palmetto Medial Center in Columbia provides his patients with the latest in comfortable, esthetic and durable dentistry.

Dr. Chad Schalk

Dr. Chad Scalk is from right here in Roswell,GA. He also went to MCG and pursued additional training through a general practice residency at Palemtto Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina. He joined Dr. Williams at Suwanee Dental Care in 2011. His extensive dental implant and IV Sedation training at Palemtto Hospital helps him provide his patients excellent treatment options while being comfortable and relaxed. 

Meet Our Staff

Our staff is fantastic. We pride in the fact that our patients rave about our fabulous team, who will take time to ensure your stay with us is comfortable, enjoyable, informed, and convenient. No question is insignificant. No concern is ignored. No patient is unimportant. We’re here to help every step of the way.

Angie

Angie, our treatment coordinator and consultation specialist has over 25 years experience in dentistry. She has attended continuing education seminars worldwide with Dr. Williams over the last 25 years which makes her one of our top staff leaders. She is Dr. Williams’ right hand.

She loves working with patients to help them reach their dental care goals whether it be to become totally and completely healthy or to do a complete image makeover. She is known for being a great listener and helping people make decisions about their dental health.

She is married and has a son that works for Home Depot and goes to college at Gainesville State. She also has a teen age daughter that goes to Grayson High School. Her and her husband have been very active members of the Grayson Touch Down Club and Grayson Athletic Association. She attends church at Grayson United Methodist. She loves to travel, read books and entertain!

Cheney

Cheney Davis is our most recent addition to our staff in 2009. She is a Registered Nurse Practitioner and is the founder and owner of The Cauble Center which has joined with Suwanee Dental Care to offer state-of-the-art in skin treatment, facial beauty and lip enhancement.

She is one of the first Board Certified Medical Esthetic Practitioners in the USA and Co-Chair, Georgia Association of Medical Esthetic Nurses Board. Cheney is certified in Family Practices Member and a United Advanced Practice Registered Nurses with Advanced Training at the WellPath Institute in New York and the Esthetic Skin Institute in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. She is a volunteer, with Kenya Medical Outreach and at the Hebron Community Health Center (a Georgia Free Clinic).

Linda

Linda our Concierge, is a native of Atlanta and lives in Sugar Hill. She loves working with and getting to know each of our patients. She greets them as they enter our office with a warm friendly smile. She enjoys making them feel at home in our comfortable waiting area or she may escort them to our Resting Room to enjoy a phenomenal chair massage, sit by the fireplace or use the internet before or after their appointment.

Linda was part of the Dental Mission Team that went to Omoa, Honduras in January 2009. She heads up our annual Red Cross Blood Drive held every August.

She attended Ga. State University where she obtained her Certified Medical Assistant Degree in 1981. She has worked 20 years in both the Medical and Dental Field. She has two boys, 24 and 22 years old. Linda enjoys cooking, traveling, shopping and spending time with family and friends!

Krisa

Krisa, graduated from Armstrong Atlantic State University in May 2002.She has six years experience as a hygienist and four years experience at Suwanee Dental. She has very good clinical skills and a warm, friendly personality. Krisa loves her job and patients love her thoroughness! She has a seven year old named Donavin and enjoys living in Suwanee and plans on being at Suwanee Dental for a long time!

Amy

Amy, one of our Registered Dental Hygienists, has over 26 years of dental experience. “My goal is for each patient to want to achieve health. I try to educate and inform each of them about the latest dental treatments and updates in dentistry. She is originally from Ohio, where she attended The Ohio State University and graduated from Youngstown State University. She and her husband, Jeff, have been married for 30 years and have four daughters, Jaclyn, Sara, and twin daughters, Kayla and Kimberly and a 5 year old granddaughter, McKenzie. They reside in Duluth.

Lena

Lena, one of our Hygienists, has been with us since we opened the doors in our present location. She and her husband Chris are the parents to two wonderful daughters, Jordan and Camryn.Lena and her husband are originally from Connecticut, where she graduated Cum Laude from the University of Bridgeport.

She is a quality conscious Registered Dental Hygienist with over twenty years of dental hygiene experience. She is a preventative minded health care practitioner. She firmly believes the healthier your mouth is, the better your overall health is.

She and her husband have resided in Suwanee for over 14 years and agree with “Money” magazine, that Suwanee is a “Top Ten Place To Live” in America!. When she is not at work you may run into her doing “Mom stuff”, volunteering at her daughters schools, leading a Brownie Troop and serving as a Co-Catechist at the Catholic Church of Saint Monica. In her free time she likes to travel, work out and read.

Sheila

Sheila Roberts, our Insurance Coordinator is highly experienced in the Insurance Business for 29 years, and managing approximately 20 employees for Medical claims and approximately 20 employees for Dental claims. Sheila also performed training classes for the processing of dental claims.

She then left the insurance company and became a manager of a dental office before coming to Suwanee Dental Care. Sheila has now been the Insurance/Financial Coordinator for 6 years. Sheila says she loves doing this and feels that her experience and knowledge can really help the patients.

Sheila has a daughter named Stevie who lives in Boston. Sheila loves to spend time with her daughter, travel, and going to movies and concerts.

Beth

Beth, is our lead Hygienist one of our highly experienced RDH’s. She graduated from Clayton Junior College in Morrow, Georgia and she has been practicing for over 25 years. She thoroughly enjoys her career and loves getting to know her patients and providing them with top quality care.

She is a native of Georgia and currently resides in Dacula, Georgia with her husband of 26 years and her two children Emily, 21, and Kevin, 17. She enjoys going to the beach with family and friends, cooking, reading, walking, and singing in her church choir.

She also volunteers regularly at Hebron Dental Clinic in Lawrenceville to help provide dental services to those in need. She looks forward to meeting and caring for all the great patients of Suwanee Dental Care!

Brooke

Brooke is our Doctors Coordinator. She says: “My name is Brooke and I live in Jefferson with my husband. We have a 3 year old daughter named Cooper. I have been a member of the Suwanee Dental team for over 5 years now both as a dental assistant and now as part of our front desk team.

Dentistry runs in my family and I am happy to have also found my place in this profession as a Dental Assistant, primarily working with Dr. David Hayward. I pride myself on being a people person and I love helping those in need. Giving someone back their smile is a very rewarding experience.”

Jacqueline

Jacqueline is one of Dr. Williams Dental Assistants and has been in dentistry since 1999. She joined Suwanee Dental Care in September of 2008. She loves being a dental assistant and thinks of continuing her education as a priority. She has ywo lovely children, Blake and Jenna-Rose and in her free time, Jaci can be found spending quality time with

Jennifer

Jennifer, our Registered Dental Hygienist was raised in South Florida, Jennifer graduated from Florida State University in 1984 with an Associates of Arts Degree. Jennifer then attended and graduated from Tallahassee Community College with an Associates of Science degree in Dental Hygiene in 1986.

Jennifer then practiced for 8 years in Boca Raton, Florida before relocating with her husband and their three children to Lawrenceville, GA in 1994. While attending Florida State University, Jennifer participated as a member of the Florida State University Orchestra as a flutist.

Today Jennifer enjoys living in Gwinnett County with her family. Jennifer brings 23 years of experience in Dental Hygiene to Suwannee Dental care and strives to make your Dental Hygiene experience both, pleasurable and informative.

Mistie

Mistie has been a dental assistant at Suwanee Dental Care for almost four years. She has a total of approximately eight years of working with Dr. Williams. In the practice, she specializes in Orthodontic and TMJ treatment and is trained on the K7 Diagnostic Equipment.

She says, “I love my career and my patients, new and established.” She has three children, two daughters and a son. She also have a two-year old granddaughter. Currently, she lives in the Suwanee area and really enjoys it. She says that she is thankful and feels truly blessed to work in such an exceptional dental practice.

Andrea

Andrea is our Project Manager. She has been a part of the Suwanee Dental Care team for over a year now. Andrea and her husband live in Dacula and are both Atlanta area natives. Andrea graduated with a BA in Political Science with a minor in Communications. She has experience in the medical field as well as advertising and brings the two together for her role at SDC.

Andrea and her husband have a heart for serving people together. She loves to network with new businesses in the Suwanee area. Suwanee Dental Care prides itself in being a partner to many local businesses and heads up our Deserving Diva Smile Makeover Contest. Andrea is also our Web 2.0 expert, she manages our Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and website!

Amanda

Amanda is from Birmingham, Alabama and now works with Dr. Jeremy Smith. Roll Tide Roll! She moved to the area in Feb. 2002. She attended The University of AL Dental School where she completed the dental assisting program. She Graduated from the assisting program in 1995.

She has been a certified dental assistant for 14 years now. She has been married to her spouse Corey for 11 years. They have two children , Dalton 10 & Mckenzie 8 who keep them busy with sports all year round.

Ansley

Ansley is our Sterilization Tech and a graduate from Grayson High School where she was a member of Careers and Education. She volunteered as a Teachers Apprentice tutoring 4th grade students at Grayson Elementary.

She is currently enrolled at Athens Tech where she is furthering her education in Dental Hygiene. Ansley is also our Bleaching Technician specializing in Zoom, Britesmile and Sapphire techniques. In her free time she enjoys being outside and traveling as much as possible.

Joan

Joan, has worked part time at Suwanee Dental Care for almost 3 yrs. She has helped to check patients in and out in the afternoon and helped with scanning patient documents into the computer. She has recently become Angie Cain’s assistant and now gets to be at Suwanee Dental Care more hours and have more responsibilities. She is enjoying getting to learn new things everyday and being a part of all that goes on at Suwanee Dental Care.

Barbara

Barbara, has worked at Suwanee Dental Care for 2 years as our Financial Coordinator. She has over 10 years of experience in dentistry. She has a husband Tim and a son, Timmy who live in the Buford area.  She enjoy anything outdoors and loves to spend her free time playing Tennis.

Sheila

Sheila, our superbly talented super-sub, is our former full-time dental assistant, orthodontic assistant, TMJ assistant who comes in when we need a bit of help. She is a Certified Dental assistant, Certified Orthodontic Assistant and Certified Business Assistant.

Now she is our administrative coordinator and company CEO. Sheila has been a discussion leader for Bible Study Fellowship at Sugar Hill UMC and enjoys being a part of the Sugar Hill prayer ministry. Currently, she is the Co-Director of The Healing Rooms at Sugar Hill, a prayer ministry team and she is a Director of Kenya Medical Outreach, Inc..

If someone is out sick or on vacation, Sheila is our first line of defense and is a life saver. Her 32 years in dentistry at every level gives her the ability to be there for us at any position at any time. She is appreciated by the staff and the doc more than she knows. She is also Dr. Williams wife and mother of their two boys!
