We want to reward all you big mouths out there! So, when you show off your new and improved smile, when you tell your friends about your new dental practice and how great they are, and when you send over your buddies to the best dentist in town, you can earn a vacation away from it all!

*A qualified referral is an adult person who has a complete oral exam, necessary x-rays, consult and initial hygiene visit. A husband and wife coming in could count as two referrals if the source of the referral is noted on the new patient’s health history. There are two ways for us to record you as the “referee of record”:
(1) The new patients puts your name on our health history form in the place where we ask, “Who referred you to our practice?” and,
(2) You call or email us and tell us you are referring “Mrs. Ineedadentist Smith” and they schedule and complete the necessary appointments within 90 days of your call/email to us.
